Not exactly endorsing good health here... :P&lt;br /&gt;So funny you say that, I had a session with James today and he suggested that he should soon film me doing some of our exercises and put them up on my blog so I can show people what muscles are important to work for riding. Watch this space!!&lt;br /&gt;For my core I do lots of planks and advanced variations of planks. Luckily, my core is my strongest part however I too have never seen results with crunches etc.&lt;br /&gt;So google planks and variations (superman, dips, star plank etc) and also invest in an ab wheel and again i guess just google how to do it.
